Website Development...Eating Elephants

It is no longer a question IF marketers should have a website, but what sort of website they should have.

Today there is an expectation that every company should have at least some modest representation on the internet, just as they
would expect their personnel to carry a business card.

A website is a confirmation that you’re in the game. That you’re ready to do business.
Importantly, a website will not function in isolation. For a site to deliver the goods, it needs to be integrated into a marketer’s
complete operational and promotional plans.

Like a retail shop, it can be vigorously promoted to generate store traffic (site visits). Or it can be abandoned in the electronic desert for wanderers
merely to happen across!

Because a website can so permeate the way a company does business, Admission characteristically recommends a staged development of new (or existing) websites, so they
are successfully integrated into the marketing and communications process.

We refer to website ‘Generations’. It’s a development programme that’s all about eating elephants
